CTU Youth Precision Employment Program Training Center launched Employment Guarantee Program to actively train young people in the field to serve quality enterprises.

Due to high youth unemployment rate, Foxconn University, operated by Foxconn Technology Group, specifically chose three pilot schools in Taiwan, including Chung Hua University (north), Chien kuo Technology University (central) and Kun Shan University (south).

Foxconn Founder Terry Guo invited Mr. Xuan Ming Zhi, Honoary Deputy Chairman of UMC, as Program Director. With Mr. Guo's blessing and Mr. Xuan's helming, the program will provide as much resource as possible to ease young generation's anxiety about job hunting.

An orientation meeting was held at CTU at 10 a.m. on July 5th, 2019. Program Director Mr. Xuan and CTU President Chiang signed a MOU to officially launch “Youth Precision Employment Center". The first phase of the program is to provide 50 million dollars to assist 1000 graduates to succeed in AEO hiring season after three months of training and encourage these youth to show their talents at work.

In addition to “Employment Guarantee Program”, this cooperation includes offering students free pre-service trainings, provide AEOs which are looking for employees with candidates pool, connect companies with well-prepared new blood that can efficiently reduce training cost and period. Besides, the program will also promote trainers to organize related industry cooperation programs.

This scheme distinguishes from conventional government job training programs. It emphasizes on reducing companies' training period and cost as well as equips new employees with well understandings of business culture and atmosphere so as to lower the risk of quitting jobs due to different expectations and poor adaptation. At the same time, the program focuses on connecting local universities and local students together to contribute to high-quality enterprises services.
