Professional：relates largely to staff having both individual and collective responsibility to carry out duties in a professional manner and, in so doing, instilling professionalism in their students. Duty also extends to cultivating a happy learning environment where knowledge is imparted without stress.

Competent：suggests an environment in which the student is prepared for the practical as well as the theoretical and leaves with competence to undertake what the workplace has in store. A multi-faceted approach is adopted where students gain a rounded and well-grounded education. This competence hugely enhances the prospects of gaining employment.

Dedicated：implies developing the whole person, imparting values like teamwork and dedication so essential for the working environment.

Educational Goal

Our goal, based on the main tenets of the Educational Guidelines, is to cultivate competent professional workforce with know-how of product design, research, manufacturing, management, and service. This is predicated on a strong liaison with industry, and it is desirable that through this the business ethos is created in the students.
